What exactly am I buying?

Lyophilized reference materials supplied strictly for in-vitro and laboratory research. They are not drugs, supplements, or medical products, and nothing on this site describes human or veterinary use.

Is the material third-party tested?

Yes. Batches are analysed by an independent laboratory. The lot number printed on your vial matches a certificate of analysis published on our COA index, so you can verify the exact material you received.

How should vials be stored and reconstituted?

Store lyophilized vials at −20 °C, protected from light. For research reconstitution, bacteriostatic water is the standard diluent; keep the reconstituted solution refrigerated at 2–8 °C.

How fast does it ship, and how is it packaged?

Orders placed before the daily cutoff ship same or next business day, cold-packed and discreetly packaged from the Central Valley. Tracking is emailed on dispatch.

What does “research use only” mean here?

It means these compounds are sold for laboratory and analytical work only. They are not for human or animal consumption, diagnosis, or treatment, and you must be 21 or older and a qualified researcher to order.

What if something is wrong with my order?

If a lot doesn’t match its certificate, or a parcel arrives damaged, is lost, or is marked delivered but never arrives, file a delivery claim from your account and we’ll replace or refund it.
